Ikaalinen Spa is one of the biggest holiday resorts in Finland and biggest health spa in entire Scandinavia. Area has been popular tourist destination for over 60 years, since 1955. The Health Spa holiday area consists of over 500 hotel units, which are located in 5 different buildings. Our Holiday Village presents the most recent development, being build from 2002 to present. We have been strongly involved in developing the Spa area, as we established the first ever holiday condominium hotels in Finland, by building the Spa-Hotel Inc. (148 units) and Hotel Terme Inc. (141 units) in the 1970's. These condominius have been good and enjoyable investment for investors. Almost half of the condos are still owned by the orginal investors, or their families.
